BridGap Corporation LLP operates a dual-pillar B2B clinical support model delivering both digital administrative services (insurance eligibility verification, benefit breakdowns, claims coordination) and physical clinic supplies (custom branded referral pads, prescription pads, patient stationery, and clinic consumables).

This Shipping & Service Delivery Policy defines the standard fulfillment timelines, delivery channels, and tracking procedures for both operational branches.

Our remote administrative workflows are delivered electronically into your practice management system (PMS) or through our secure HIPAA-compliant transfer portal:

• Overnight Eligibility Verification: Patient eligibility queues and benefit breakdown requests received before our daily cutoff time (typically 6:00 PM local clinic time) are processed overnight and completed before 8:00 AM the next morning, ready for your morning patient appointments.
• Standard Verification SLA: Standard ad-hoc verification requests are fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
• Claims Submission & Scrubbing: Clean clinical and dental claims are reviewed, scrubbed, and electronically submitted within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt from the provider.
• Confirmation & Delivery Logs: Delivery confirmation is provided in real-time via automated system notifications, portal activity logs, or secure daily summary emails sent to the clinic administrator.

For physical stationery and clinic supplies ordered through our catalog or custom order team:

• Design & Proofing Phase: Digital design proofs for custom branded referral pads, prescription pads, and cards are generated and delivered via email within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.
• Production & Printing Time: Once you review and approve the design proof in writing, printing and binding take approximately 3 to 5 business days.
• Courier Dispatch & Shipping Timelines: Printed orders are handed over to recognized domestic and international logistics carriers (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, or regional courier partners). Standard transit time is 5 to 8 business days depending on delivery location.
• Overall Estimated Delivery: Most custom printed stationery orders reach your clinic doorstep within 8 to 12 business days from the date of proof approval.

• Shipping Fees: Standard shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout or detailed on your customized corporate invoice prior to payment. Qualifying bulk supply batches may be eligible for complimentary free shipping.
• Shipment Tracking: Once your consignment is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, an automated shipment notification containing the Tracking Number / AWB and carrier tracking link will be emailed to your registered administrative email address.
• Delivery Address Requirements: Physical goods can only be delivered to physical commercial clinic addresses or verified doctor practice locations. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

While we partner with tier-one shipping carriers, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to weather disruptions, carrier network congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
